Maintain a minimum of 15 active Travelers on your personal desk. Achieve a target of 20 Travelers onboarded over a designated time period. Provide coaching and day-to-day support to Junior and Senior Recruiters through training, shadowing, and performance feedback. Address team member concerns promptly and effectively to foster a productive, positive work environment.
