What you'll do

• Monitor bid portals and procurement notices
• assess opportunities and coordinate go/no-go decisions
• log and triage incoming bids
• build timelines and compliance matrices
• draft, edit, assemble, proof, and submit proposal materials
• coordinate technical, pricing, legal, sales, product, operations, and finance reviews
• maintain proposal content libraries
• track outcomes and improve templates and processes.
