The Property Manager role is onsite at a multifamily apartment property in Cleveland, OH, with a full-time Monday–Friday schedule. Starting base salary is $60,000 per year. What you'll do

• Manage financial goals, collections, transaction records, budgets, projections, invoices, and petty cash
• oversee leasing, marketing, occupancy, and property readiness
• enter, communicate, monitor, and verify maintenance requests
• coordinate maintenance schedules and vendors
• analyze traffic, conversion, budget, and renewal information
• maintain resident and leasing records and approve payroll hours
• lead emergency and safety efforts
• address resident concerns and support staff through meetings, training, and performance processes.

Why this role
