Principal Systems Engineer

This senior technical role designs, implements, automates, and supports enterprise infrastructure across on-premises, cloud, hybrid cloud, IT, and operational technology environments. It improves reliability, resiliency, security, scalability, and operational efficiency while providing technical leadership and delivering infrastructure initiatives.

What you'll do

• Design, implement, configure, maintain, and support enterprise infrastructure across on-premises, cloud, hybrid cloud, IT, and OT environments
• engineer compute, storage, virtualization, operating systems, cloud platforms, identity integration, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery
• develop infrastructure-as-code, configuration-management, and scripting solutions
• apply cloud architecture and governance practices
• assess workloads for modernization or migration
• maintain system standards, procedures, architecture documentation, and roadmaps
• serve as a senior technical subject matter expert and escalation point
• lead infrastructure projects and manage scope, timelines, resources, vendors, risks, and budgets.
