Graduate Nurse — Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing

The Graduate Nurse role is onsite in Sandwich, MA, with compensation of $40–$51 per hour depending on license and shift: $40–$46 for LPNs and $45–$51 for RNs. The nurse works under a licensed nurse’s direct supervision while awaiting NCLEX licensure exam results at Cape Heritage Rehabilitation & Health Care Center. The role provides nursing care to residents and supports their rehabilitation needs while maintaining care plans, following physician orders, documenting care, and evaluating residents. It is intended for a graduate of a Massachusetts board-approved nursing program who has a scheduled NCLEX exam within 90 days of hire.

What you'll do

• Meet residents’ nursing and rehabilitation needs
• maintain current care plans
• follow physician orders and provide nursing care, treatments, and dressings
• document nursing notes
• visit residents daily to evaluate needs
• maintain awareness of residents on the alert list.
