What you'll do

• Provide in-person psychotherapy and behavioral health services
• conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans
• address depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, grief, trauma, and other concerns common among geriatric populations
• maintain timely clinical documentation
• collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• build therapeutic relationships with residents and families.
