What you'll do

• Conduct functional behavior and skills assessments
• design individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
• review client data and adjust programming
• supervise, coach, and mentor RBTs
• provide parent training and caregiver support
• collaborate with SLPs, OTs, and PTs
• maintain insurance-compliant documentation
• participate in meetings and staff development.
