What you'll do

• Lead technical vision for CMS enterprise knowledge and data systems modernization
• design AWS-based enterprise architecture
• guide system transition and operations to meet availability SLAs
• identify refactoring and integration opportunities
• design modular systems using containers, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD
• partner on automation opportunities including LLM-driven data collection
• establish monitoring and observability
• translate stakeholder needs and explain technical trade-offs
• set engineering standards and mentor developers.
