Segment Project Procurement Specialist — CAPEX & Contracts

The Segment Project Procurement Specialist — CAPEX & Contracts role is onsite, based in the greater Muskegon, Michigan, or northwest Indiana metro area. Pay is $90,000–$110,000 per year, and travel of up to 25% is required. The role supports the Metal Castings division’s North American procurement leadership and multiple manufacturing plants. The specialist develops and executes procurement strategies that support supply security, cost savings, process improvement, and supplier risk mitigation. The role leads capital projects and contract work while coordinating with plant teams and internal stakeholders to support business-unit goals and consistent execution across sites.

What you'll do

• Review plant requirements and statements of work
• identify suppliers and contractors
• develop, review, and negotiate service agreements and purchase orders
• monitor contract performance and mitigate risks
• lead CAPEX sourcing and procurement projects
• coordinate project timelines and deliverables
• improve procurement processes and compliance
• support plants with procurement operations and purchasing tasks.
