What you'll do

• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, RSQCM, and customer requirements
• supervise Quality Control Inspectors
• make product-quality and airworthiness determinations
• submit Service Difficulty Reports and irregularities
• manage inspector qualifications, training compliance, and inspection authority assignments
• control inspection authorizations and stamps
• support OJT
• ensure maintenance documentation and work packages are accurate and timely
• address work-card discrepancies
• liaise across Quality, Production, and Management
• participate in production meetings while maintaining independent quality oversight.

Why this role

A valid Airframe & Powerplant certificate, at least five years of aviation maintenance experience, and leadership experience are required; three years of leadership in a Part 145 MRO is preferred.
