Area Leader — Multi-Unit Restaurants

What you'll do

• Lead the General Manager leadership team
• uphold CAVA brand standards and improve guest and team-member experience
• coach GMs on business strategy and execution
• oversee restaurant profit-and-loss planning and analysis
• implement field programs
• develop internal leaders and identify external talent
• connect operating metrics to improvement strategies
• build accountability and consistency across restaurants
• partner with peer Area Leaders.
