Field Support Specialist

Job overview

What you'll do

• Identify sealing needs and cost-saving opportunities
• coordinate customer support with sales and technical teams
• prepare and present customer training
• conduct storeroom surveys
• support contract onboarding and vendor-managed inventory
• advise plant staff on fluid sealing
• coordinate customer reference materials
• provide branch operational support, including fabrication, deliveries, and pickups
• document cost impacts and use Salesforce.
