Team Lead — Outbound Operations

What you'll do

• Distribute work orders and assign daily tasks
• prepare schedules and instructions
• monitor productivity and quality
• support training and cross-training
• plan staffing needs
• use RF equipment to support efficiency and inventory accuracy
• investigate picking, packing, quality-control, pallet, and quantity discrepancies
• ensure orders are correctly picked, packed, and shipped
• follow safety and security requirements, including hazardous-material guidelines.
