What you'll do

• Apply approved appraisal practices to develop supported value conclusions
• prepare reports on property market value
• complete monthly and annual benchmark studies
• develop an external book of business
• inspect properties and sales when applicable
• document property characteristics
• collect and analyze market data and maintain a sales database
• research building costs and depreciation
• provide market information to internal departments and clients
• maintain professional skills and licenses
• train and mentor Associate Appraisers.
