What you'll do

• Build and adjust daily delivery routes
• manage driver schedules and coverage for a seven-day operation
• ensure routes are dispatched on time
• monitor route progress and handle issues during the day
• coordinate with FedEx station staff and management
• oversee vehicle condition, maintenance, and readiness
• support hiring, onboarding, and driver performance
• drive a route 1–2 times per week or as needed.
