The groundskeeper maintains the appearance, cleanliness, and safety of the apartment community’s grounds, amenities, buildings, and shared areas. The role also assists the maintenance team with unit preparation and assigned repairs.

What you'll do

• Maintain grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and community buildings
• clean and remove trash
• care for and track supplies and equipment
• report unusual circumstances and maintenance concerns
• assist with make-ready units, apartment and model cleaning, and assigned maintenance tasks
• help troubleshoot or repair mechanical, carpentry, and electrical issues
• correct and report unsafe conditions.
