What you'll do

• Manage surrogacy journeys from matching through postpartum
• coordinate communication and scheduling among intended parents, surrogates, clinics, attorneys, mental health professionals, and insurers
• monitor medical milestones and deadlines
• identify and escalate risks or delays
• coordinate travel logistics when needed
• provide non-clinical emotional support and education
• maintain case records and required documents
• follow HIPAA, confidentiality, ethical, and legal requirements
• prepare case summaries and handoff documentation.
