What you'll do

• Greet customers entering the service area, answer questions, and direct them
• determine whether customers have appointments and record customer and vehicle details, mileage, and existing damage
• manage service traffic and parking and assist with loaner vehicles as needed
• park and retrieve customer vehicles
• install disposable vehicle covers and identification tags
• deliver keys and repair orders to Service Advisors
• maintain a clean, safe service drive
• drive vehicles between the service lane, stalls, and parking lot
• make key tags
• report lot damage and accidents
• perform other assigned duties.
