What you'll do

• Supervise community associates
• ensure tax-credit compliance
• support customer service and leasing standards
• respond to resident requests
• direct marketing
• assist with lease paperwork and renewals
• review resident files and accounting records
• manage delinquency procedures and reporting
• organize resident activities
• monitor market conditions
• collect and deposit community income
• manage occupancy, collections, expenses, and budgets.
