What you'll do

• Define business problems, objectives, requirements, constraints, dependencies, assumptions, and success criteria
• translate business needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process and data flows, and specifications
• analyze current and future-state processes using systems thinking and BPMN
• identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities
• apply operations research and quantitative analysis to evaluate alternatives
• support solutions through discovery, design, development, validation, implementation, and post-implementation assessment
• facilitate workshops and maintain documentation and traceability.
