What you'll do

• Respond to agents and policyholders about quotes, endorsements, renewals, and policy inquiries. Review, enter, and process submissions, endorsements, and renewals
• order and review underwriting reports
• complete Financial Responsibility Filings and regulatory documentation
• prepare policy documents and correspondence
• support projects, process improvements, and new-team-member training.
