Assistant Transportation Manager

What you'll do

• Help ensure home-to-school routes are covered efficiently and on time
• communicate with drivers about concerns and performance
• investigate client complaints and coordinate resolutions
• monitor driver safety and make Injury Prevention contacts
• assist with union grievance review and resolution
• ensure dispatch assigns spare drivers and buses as needed
• audit and correct athletic trip invoices.
