What you'll do

• Provide technical leadership
• administer Windows Server and VMware environments
• maintain security and disaster recovery capabilities
• develop and execute backup and recovery plans
• oversee user profile security
• manage IT projects, the IT Generalist, and infrastructure vendors
• provide onsite and remote technical support
• maintain documentation and communicate with IT management
• provide emergency on-call support and resolve software vendor issues.
