The Registered Nurse I — Home Infusion role is based in Rensselaer, NY, with pay of $49–$53 per hour. The nurse provides one-on-one infusion care and education in patients’ homes as part of KabaFusion’s national pharmacy and nursing network. The nurse helps ensure prescribed infusion therapies are administered safely and effectively in the home setting. Clinical IV skills, patient education, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team support patient care and positive clinical outcomes.

What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one patient care and education according to the prescriber’s treatment plan
• use clinical IV experience to assist patients with infusion therapy in their homes
• build relationships with patients
• maintain a registered nurse license in good standing and current state driver’s license.
