What you'll do

• Perform guest services including check-in, check-out, reservations, and wake-up calls
• audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports
• prepare and distribute daily and month-end reports
• audit, reconcile, consolidate, and transmit credit-card transactions
• perform required data-processing functions
• prioritize work to meet deadlines
• inform management of unusual operational or financial events and policy deviations
• respond to governmental inquiries upon receipt.
