What you'll do

• Lease apartments through phone sales and tours
• follow up with prospective and current residents
• provide customer service
• present the community professionally
• coordinate move-ins and move-outs
• manage lease negotiations and renewals
• assist with curb appeal
• follow compliance procedures
• write and track work orders in Yardi
• assist with rent and delinquency collection, resident relations, community rules, marketing, and organized resident files.
