What you'll do

• negotiate coverage terms and conditions with carriers
• direct policy transaction processing and billing
• review renewal reports and client receivables
• coordinate stewardship delivery
• support AMS360 and carrier technology
• stay informed about insurance knowledge, market trends, and carrier information
• follow production processes.
