What you'll do

• Respond to inquiries by phone, website, referral, or walk-in
• explain programs and answer questions about options, cost, insurance, scheduling, and patient experience
• schedule initial appointments and follow up with prospective patients
• track response, contact, booking, show, and enrollment measures
• work toward booking and enrollment goals
• identify process improvements
• assist with outreach and referral development
• manage calls, scheduling, check-in, checkout, and payments
• maintain records and front-desk processes
• collaborate with clinical staff and ownership.

Why this role

Some evening and weekend availability is required; current clinic hours include Wednesday 12 p.m.–7 p.m., Thursday 8 a.m.–6 p.m., Friday 8 a.m.–1 p.m., and Saturday 8 a.m.–1 p.m.; Spanish or Portuguese fluency strongly preferred; college degree welcome but not required.
