What you'll do

• Perform poultry-processing tasks, including handling and processing chicken products
• weigh product and print labels
• secure pallets with stretch wrap and move product to storage or shipping
• stock lines with PPE and hand-washing supplies
• complete temperature checks
• verify product seals
• operate and maintain basic production equipment
• inspect and calibrate equipment
• follow lockout-tagout requirements
• coordinate with leads on production schedules
• follow product recipes and calculate ingredient weights
• work with QA on water/phage mix
• label and cover finished bins
• identify and report downgrades, contamination, or foreign material. May be assigned to other departments and positions as production needs require.
