What you'll do

• Develop and execute regional growth strategy
• build relationships with public-sector leaders, decision-makers, and industry partners
• identify and pursue new business
• partner with business unit vice presidents to align resources
• represent the firm at industry events
• provide revenue forecasts and client insights
• monitor market trends and funding programs
• oversee regional performance
• champion water initiatives and project execution
• lead proposals, presentations, and budgets.
