What you'll do

• Coordinate proposals, qualifications packages, and prebond campaigns
• design proposals and presentations in InDesign
• prepare interview materials and rehearsals
• turn project data into charts and graphics
• maintain CRM records and reusable content
• create social media content and update the website
• support events, trade show materials, promotional items, and mailings
• handle confidential pursuit and company information discreetly.
