Franchise Operations Coach

The Franchise Operations Coach role is onsite in Omaha, NE. The annual salary range is $65,000–$75,000. Signal’s mission is to empower customers, owner-operators, and employees in their communities through its security brand. The role is in the Strategic Operations department and reports to the Franchise Operations Performance Manager. The coach supports franchisees in improving operational performance, maintaining brand consistency, and navigating transitions. Through performance reviews, relationship development, training, and frequent travel to franchise locations, the role helps franchise owners implement initiatives and deliver client services.

What you'll do

• Monitor assigned franchise performance and identify gaps
• recommend and follow up on action plans
• communicate with franchisees by phone, email, and online meetings
• travel to franchise locations to assess execution and progress
• review standards, technology deployment, and operations-manual adherence
• support onboarding, ramp-up, ownership transitions, and rebrands
• develop franchise-owner relationships
• create training and follow-up plans
• provide feedback and training on operational KPIs, brand experience, technology, and processes.
