Web Accessibility Consultant, Part-Time

What you'll do

• Audit and update internal and external HR websites for ADA Level AA and WCAG compliance
• remediate accessibility issues
• review and restructure web content
• collaborate on website modernization, navigation, and design
• provide accessibility training and resources
• document review processes, content standards, and maintenance workflows
• analyze user behavior and feedback
• develop or refine accessible graphics, layouts, and templates.
