What you'll do

• Establish, maintain, and monitor project budgets, change management, cost monitoring, variance analysis, labor reporting, and periodic cost reports
• verify report consistency
• prepare project cash flow and revenue earnings
• support semiannual project audits
• ensure accurate cost coding
• allocate budgets
• identify trends
• support change control
• prepare cost studies using historical data, statistical analysis, and cost and quantity comparisons.
