What you'll do

• Support after-school program operations and compliance with childcare regulations

• prepare and clean cafeteria and recess areas
• supervise indoor and outdoor spaces
• follow schedules and lesson plans
• assist with homework, recess, and activities
• support positive behavior
• address and escalate discipline issues
• maintain supplies and confidentiality
• participate in training and meetings.
