What you'll do

• Process cash and inquiry transactions, including check cashing, deposits, payments, withdrawals, and information inquiries
• answer member questions and make appropriate product and service referrals
• follow policies, procedures, risk mitigation activities, and operating controls
• prepare and verify official checks and money orders
• balance the assigned cash drawer
• perform end-of-day activities, filing, phone answering, and supply maintenance
• provide coverage at other Member Relationship Centers when needed.
