Maintenance Technician — Building Operations

What you'll do

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance
• schedule vendors and contractors for repairs outside routine scope
• maintain service schedules and records
• perform minor carpentry, electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing, mechanical, painting, flooring, and other repairs when permits are not required
• complete work orders
• inspect mechanical systems and common areas
• monitor building controls
• maintain equipment
• follow safety procedures
• respond to emergency maintenance requests
• assist with scheduled maintenance records.
