Equipment Maintenance Technician II

Job overview

The Equipment Maintenance Technician II role is onsite in Sumter, SC, with a repeating overnight schedule of 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.: three days on, two days off, two days on, and three days off. What you'll do

• Operate, optimize, and maintain assigned production equipment
• meet production standards while maintaining product quality
• minimize equipment downtime and waste
• maintain equipment logs and record downtime and maintenance problems
• perform preventive maintenance
• start up equipment and verify operation
• monitor component inventories and safety guards
• maintain an orderly production environment
• monitor in-process quality and perform required quality checks
• follow safety, environmental, and quality-system procedures
• support upstream and downstream operations
• perform rework as required.
