Registered Nurse Consultant

What you'll do

• Complete resident assessments and update Individual Service Plans
• review psychotropic medications, wounds, skin conditions, and changes in condition
• conduct medication cart audits and MAR reviews
• delegate medication administration and verify staff competency
• audit records, training files, incident reports, and emergency documentation
• support survey preparation and plans of correction
• educate staff and provide written findings and recommendations.
