Shift Supervisor — Security Operations

What you'll do

• Lead and supervise security personnel responsible for access control, visitor support, alarm monitoring, and dispatch
• coordinate staffing and performance requirements across shifts
• oversee Security Control Center operations, including credential administration and Common Access Card processing
• ensure personnel training and certifications
• respond as a first responder to security and safety incidents
• conduct routine and unannounced inspections
• respond to alarms and emergencies
• document and escalate incidents
• support audits, investigations, and special projects.
