What you'll do

• Perform installation and minor repairs involving appliances, plumbing, electrical fixtures, HVAC, sewer lines, irrigation, and building structures
• assist with painting, sanding, staining, power washing, and window cleaning
• monitor janitorial and kitchen/office supplies
• coordinate grounds upkeep and irrigation schedules
• move items
• maintain maintenance logs and work reports
• support other maintenance areas as assigned.
