Job overview

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is hybrid in Charlotte, NC, with services delivered in home, school, and/or clinic settings based on client needs. Compensation is $80,000–$100,000 annually. Abacus Therapies provides individualized applied behavior analysis services for children with autism. The BCBA develops and adjusts treatment programming, supervises and supports RBTs and BCaBAs, and partners with families, schools, and other providers. The role contributes to individualized clinical care and client progress while supporting the organization’s mission of compassionate, evidence-based services.

What you'll do

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • supervise and provide clinical support to RBTs and BCaBAs
  • monitor client progress and adjust programming
  • partner with families and collaborate with schools and other providers
  • maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • deliver services in home, school, and/or clinic settings based on client needs.
