Substance Use Disorder Professional Intake and Assessment Specialist

The Substance Use Disorder Professional Intake and Assessment Specialist role is onsite in Seattle, WA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Compensation is $31.50–$34.77 per hour. Therapeutic Health Services provides behavioral health services across the Puget Sound region, with a focus on access to care and person-centered treatment. The specialist serves as a primary participant contact, conducting intake screenings and assessments and coordinating care. The role supports treatment access through accurate clinical documentation, collaboration with supervisors and care representatives, and, as needed, counseling and related services.

What you'll do

• Conduct intake interviews and assessments for MAT branches
• coordinate intake assignments and scheduling
• gather and synthesize biopsychosocial information
• complete required paperwork
• maintain confidential participant files and clinical documentation
• participate in supervision
• and, as needed, provide counseling, treatment planning, case management, referrals, and advocacy.
