Community Advocate (Full-Time Caregiver)

What you'll do

• Support the individual in making and carrying out day-to-day decisions
• assist with dressing, home tasks, medical appointments, mobility, and advocacy with medical providers
• provide personal and medical care as instructed, which may include getting out of bed, wheelchair maintenance, and managing medical needs
• drive the individual’s accessible van when qualified.
