Behavior Technician (BT) — Applied Behavior Analysis

The Behavior Technician (BT) role is onsite in Arlington, VA, with compensation of $22–$28 per hour. Blossom ABA Therapy provides Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for individuals with autism spectrum disorder. The technician works one-on-one with children to build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. The role implements individualized plans under Board Certified Behavior Analyst supervision, records behavior data, maintains a safe therapeutic environment, collaborates with care teams, and supports families and caregivers.
