What you'll do

• Maintain tenant and decision-maker relationships

• monitor work orders and preventive maintenance
• review and track vendor invoices
• prepare purchase orders and service agreements
• maintain tenant and building records
• coordinate tenant surveys and move-ins
• prepare tenant billings and monitor receivables
• support property budgets, financials, and capital plans
• inspect properties
• coordinate market data
• oversee projects as requested
• support operational compliance
• perform Regional Property Manager duties in their absence.
