Physical Therapist (PT) - PRN Inpatient Adult

Participates in direct PT evaluations and re-evaluations, including assessment of functioning, setting goals, and making discharge recommendations. Provides direct PT treatments according to standards of practice, including patient and family education and progression of treatment plan. Utilizes appropriate documentation forms and adheres to documentation standards. Collaborates with physicians an
