What you'll do

• Operate a multi-position telephone switchboard
• greet visitors and contact the appropriate person
• answer general questions
• perform assigned clerical duties, including typing reports and sorting and distributing mail and messages
• schedule teleconferences and coordinate room calendars
• comply with HIPAA and company policies.
