Field Service Technician — Commercial Foodservice Equipment

The Field Service Technician role is onsite in Appleton, WI, with work locations also described in Ixonia, WI and the Fox Valley Region. Pay is $22.00–$28.50 per hour, based on experience and transferable skills. Taylor Enterprises services foodservice equipment for restaurants and has served customers for more than 60 years. The technician installs, troubleshoots, and repairs commercial foodservice equipment, completing preventive maintenance and service calls while working directly with customers. Paid training and mentoring support learning the technical skills needed to resolve equipment issues and deliver reliable service.

What you'll do

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial foodservice equipment
• learn basic electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and diagnostic skills
• work with customers to resolve equipment issues
• complete preventive maintenance and service calls
• provide customer service. Rotating on-call evenings and weekends approximately every 4–6 weeks.
