What you'll do

• Assist the Activities Director with a monthly activity calendar
• interview residents or family members about activity preferences
• help residents get to activities
• assist with scheduled and in-room activities
• document attendance and activity progress notes
• observe and report changes or concerns
• coordinate offsite field trips and transportation when necessary
• coordinate activity needs with other departments
• assist with Resident/Family Council meetings as indicated.
